Royal Giveaway 2026-Official Contest Rules

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins November 6, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and closes November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Ride Every Stride Inc., and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law. Participation is subject to applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, visit:

Complete and submit the official online entry form.

No purchase or payment is required.
Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Contest Period.
Entries must contain accurate and complete information.
Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Consent to receive promotional emails is optional and is not required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded.

Prize: Custom Wool Horse Cooler

Approximate retail value: $450 CAD, excluding shipping.

The prize includes:

One custom wool horse cooler from Ride Every Stride Inc.
Basic embroidery of one name in a standard font and thread color.
Complimentary standard shipping to one eligible address in Canada or the United States.

Custom logos, specialty embroidery, additional personalization, and other upgrades are not included.

Size and color selections are subject to availability.

Ride Every Stride Inc. will cover standard shipping and applicable import duties and brokerage charges associated with delivery of the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw on November 16, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the notification.

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant may be required to:

Confirm eligibility and identity.
Provide a valid shipping address.
Complete a declaration of eligibility and prize release, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a Canadian resident, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

If the selected entrant does not respond within the required period, fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, Ride Every Stride Inc. may select an alternate potential winner by random draw, subject to applicable law.

8. Prize Fulfillment

The confirmed winner will be contacted to arrange cooler sizing, available color selection, and basic name embroidery.

The winner must provide the necessary personalization and shipping information within a reasonable period specified by Ride Every Stride Inc.

The prize will be produced and shipped following confirmation of the required details. The anticipated production timeline is approximately four to six weeks, subject to material availability and circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected through the Contest will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and deliver the prize.

Information will be handled in accordance with Ride Every Stride Inc.'s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Entrants may separately choose to receive promotional emails from Ride Every Stride Inc. Marketing consent is voluntary and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

Entrants who do not provide marketing consent will not be added to the Contest's promotional mailing list solely because they entered.

10. Publicity

Where permitted by law, the confirmed winner may be invited to consent to the use of their name, general location, and photographs of the prize for promotional purposes.

Any additional publicity consent will be obtained as required by applicable law.

11. Contest Administration

Ride Every Stride Inc. reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to verify entries, investigate suspected fraud, and disqualify entrants who violate these Official Contest Rules.

In the event of technical failures, unauthorized interference, or circumstances that materially affect the integrity of the Contest, Ride Every Stride Inc. may take reasonable corrective action, including modifying, suspending, or cancelling the Contest, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ride Every Stride Inc. is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or not received due to technical failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any declaration or release requested from a potential winner will be subject to applicable law and will not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Event Independence

This Contest is independently sponsored and administered by Ride Every Stride Inc.

Unless expressly authorized, the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair or its organizers.

14. Applicable Law

The Contest is subject to applicable Canadian and United States laws, including relevant provincial and state requirements.

Nothing in these rules limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to entrants under applicable law.
