As each custom order enters production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours from the time your order is placed.

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for the production of custom orders before shipment unless otherwise stated. Non-custom, regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees may apply.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom, personalized, embroidered, engraved, sublimated, printed, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made by Ride Every Stride.
